For foot shifter pedal and plate controls  pattern will be reversed all the way up neutral rest 1-4 down with shifter control kit  available separately. **NOTE: Shift pattern N1 drums were orignaly developed to prevent miss shifts between 1st and 2nd by positioning neutral at the bottom  under 1st. This eliminates all room for error in finding neutral on jockey shift bike. The N1 shift drum pattern is N-1-2-3-4; with neutral being the most forward when using the hand shift lever. If this kit is used on forward controls (bottom pull  FL models) the shift pattern would be reversed (reverse shift; 4-3-2-1). All the way up on the shift lever would be neutral and all the way down would be 4th gear.
