Seat post bushing  seat post assembly  brake cross  shaft and mechanical brake cross tube bushing may require reaming prior to assembly for proper fit. Thereforeframe will not be accepted for return (RGA). The frame has an indent on the left lower rear frame bar from tooling fixture.
