Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE US:
NOTE: For safety reasons, tools, electronics, and brake related parts may not be returned for any reason.
You may return most new, unopened, standard stock items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, and arrive back to us in as-new condition. Always carefully inspect your part upon arrival as we cannot accept returns beyond the 14 day return period, or returns on items that have been installed or used. We may contact you with a request for additional information in order to process your return.
WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS THE INCORRECT PART NUMBER WAS SHIPPED, OR THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us via the "Contact" link at the top of the webpage. We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Enter the quantity of items you want to return
Choose a reason for the return
