These chrome handlebars are full 1-1/4 inch outer diameter. Handlebars are 1-1/4 inch at riser area and require 1-1/4 inch inner diameter handlebar riser. These are drilled for internal wiring. These handlebars are 1-1/4 inch outer diameter at the riser area. Bars are indented at the grip area. The wire hole is located at the underside of the bar. *NOTE: For fitment application purchase 1-1/4 inch risers separately.
