Completely laced and trued with a black replica Kelsey Hayes police style deep roll 16 inch x 3.00 inch rim (V-Twin's exclusive tooling) polished stainless steel spokes and nipples with a fully assembled black star hub. Wheel includes rubber rim strip. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs. *NOTE: The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub and measures 11/64 inch from the drum side flange. *NOTE: In the 1940's Kelsey Hayes purchased French & Hecht an agricultural wheel manufacturing business so in the 1960's it was F&H who actually manufactured the inchPolice inch rim for Harley-Davidson. Technote: For the lace pattern both outside layers of spokes point towards the rear of the motorcycle when looking at the drum side of the hub. Place straightedge across rim on brake side and measure the distance from straightedge to brake side spoke flange of hub. Measures 11/64inch when rim is correctly centered.
