This 16 inch X 3 inch front or rear star hub type wheel includes black hub Kelsey Hayes black rim and stainless steel spokes. The rim and hub are laced together with polished stainless steel spokes. Parkerized star cover and screw kit available separately. *NOTE: All spokes on wheel need to be inspected and re-torqued after 500 miles of original installation. *NOTE: The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub and measures 11/64 inch from the drum side flange. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs. Technote: When looking at the star side of the wheel the inner layer of spokes should point clockwise. Place straightedge across rim on brake side and measure the distance from straightedge to brake side spoke flange of hub. Measures 11/64inch when rim is correctly centered. Suggested to use #46-0114 Side Valve Rubber Stem Tube
