2024 New Production replica rigid rear fender has a 3 rib indent on the rear chain relief cut out. Fender is fully assembled and riveted together with hinge. Fender features a raw finish and 7/8 inch wide strap for braces.
Underside of fender includes wire loom track welded in place side loom track and 2 clips to hold spring loom cover. Spring type flexible loom available separately. All hinged fenders must be hand fitted at the hinge and pin area. Alignment needs to be adjusted and tweaked to fit your components. Before finishing with primer or painting fit the fender body braces mounting points in place and check the alignment of fender tail and bracket. Fender rivets hinge and brackets need to be tweaked for final fitment. Patience is required for proper installation! *NOTE: Chain panel with ribs is built-in as one piece with the fender. Features cut out for 1955-69 tail lamp. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs. *NOTE: Replacement fenders ordered through H-D dealers came with 3/4 inch brackets that are inchover the counter inch replacement not OEM installed by the factory. Constructed with 3/4 inch fender brace.*NOTE: Use with license plate bracket replica tail lamp primer and tail lamp with glass lens.
