This tank features a bolt in locking aircraft style gas cap and full rubber mount system for XL models. The back of the tank is stretched 2 inch and does not affect the mounts. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed.
