Front 21 inch x 3.25 inch wheel assembly features a chrome hub with all internal bearings installed 40 spokes and a chrome rim laced and trued.
*NOTE: All spokes on wheel need to be inspected and re-torqued after 500 miles of original installation. Wheels accept metal stem inner tubes.

Technote: When looking at the star side of the wheel the inner layer of spokes should point clockwise. Lay straightedge across brake side spoke flange of hub and measure distance from straight ede to rim. Measures 1/4inch when rim is correctly centered.
