Gas tank is a two piece tank with a fuel capacity of 5.0 gallons. Set include a 22mm petcock fitting to accept petcock with nut.
Flatside tank features an updated shape which tapers from front to rear. Tank accepts caps for stock style bungs. Order petcock gas caps and emblem set separately. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
