Oil tank features a chrome finish. Tank will install on stock FX or FL Swingarm frames and houses the stock FXE 12 volt battery sold separately. This oil tank allows removal of battery without removing the tank from the frame. *NOTE: The battery well is 5-1/2 inch deep measuring 7-1/4 inch x 4-1/4 inch x 5-1/2 inch. The thread size of the drain plug and feed is 1/8 inch NPT. Suggested to use with #53-0518 12 volt battery. FITS HARLEY: 1965-1984 FL, 1971-1984 FX,
