HARLEY Dropped Swingarm Chrome Fits 1958-1984 FL, chain drive models only 1971-1984 FX, chain drive

Chrome finish dropped swingarm features a raised up axle position so this lowers the swingarm and chassis in relation to the axle. Axle slots are 3/4 inch for disc brake applications. Lowers bike 1/2 inch and lengthens wheel base 1/2 inch. Axle lowering plates take screw type adjusters. The blocks also have tabs to mount a sissy bar or fender brace to facilitate mounting the rear fender to the swingarm for the inchfloating inch rear fender look. There are also 5/16 x 18 drilled and tapped holes on the swingarm for mounting and inchfloating inch. Shock mounts are 1/2 x 20 thread. The distance between the axle plates measures 9-3/4 inch. *NOTE: Spacers are required to be measured by the installer. *NOTE: Must order swingarm pivot pin assembly separately.
