Forward control mount kit features a black powder coated finish. Includes a 2-hole mount brake side adapter plate and a 3-hole mount shifter side adapter plate. Includes six 3/8 inch-16 x 1 inch flat socket cap screws. For right brake and left shifter to mount 1973-1994 controls on 2000-2017 Softail models.
