Attaches the inner primary to the oil tank and chain guard on top and to the frame tab. Rear chain guard stud attached to fender mount tab by 1/4 inch-24 hex nut not indlued. *NOTE: Oil tank inner primary and chain guard order for 1936-1952 EL and 1941-1957 FL models.
