Accurately cast replacement Panhead left side engine case wilth blank number boss. Left case utilizes loose roller bearings and cages. For Panhead 61 inch or 74 inch applications. Cylinder deck height must be machined for an exact match to fit your existing right side case experience reqired. Followed by line lapping of the case race. Order hardware case race studs breather tube bearing and drain plug assembly separately. *NOTE: Does not have provision for cylinder drains in case. Not a bolt on installation.
