Polished 4-speed kick starter cover is cable operated clutch release mechanism with 3-ball internal ramp design.

The filler plug has a 3/4 inch-16 thread. For use on kick starter or electric start models. Designed by Rodan Cycle of California developed by Lefco company (Bob Leffler and his dad) in the early 1980's.
