Swingarm York oil tank features a raw finish. Oil tank is for use on 4-speed models with a stock swingarm frame.
Include screw in filler cap with dipstick. Tank is for use on 1965-1985 models. York oil tank allows fitting of electric start motor kit. Order oil tank mount bracket set separately. Tank does not have provision for 1968-84 clutch cable adjuster. *NOTE: Rear of tank mounts to frame tube. Raise tank as desired. *NOTE: Removeable bracket allows use on 1958-1964 FX and 1965-1984 FL electric start models. Will NOT accept 1979-84 rotary top 4 speed transmissions type. *NOTE: Tank shape referred to as inchHorseshoe inch or wrap around. SMC our original oil tank maker since 1979! Installer must fabricate mounting brackets for the front and rear of oil tank. Mounts not included order base plate separately. Rear bracket may need spacers to adjust height. *NOTE: Order 1965-84 mount base plate 1958-64 front oil tank bracket and 1941-57 mount base as noted or fabricate by builder.
