Fork tubes are centerless ground 4140 hard chrome finish with smooth black billet lower legs completely assembled with internal components. Special features include smooth black billet lower legs 1984-up FXST style tube assembly and convertible style legs for both single and dual disc brakes with a flush mount style axle hardware and billet block off plates which hide the damper screw holes. These forks can be rebuilt with OEM components. *Note: Fork Slider assemblies are measured from top of the tube to the center of the axle. Stock length is 31-1/2 inch FITS HARLEY: 1984-1999 FXST,
